What time is the festival?

The Festival will be open at 1 pm.  The festival will end at 6pm and the last pour will be at 5:45pm.

How late can I arrive to enter the event?

We will stop admitting entry into the festival at 3:30pm.

What do I get with my ticket?

GA ticket holders will receive a commemorative tasting glass to sample beer from local and regional breweries and great live music. Every ticket holder will have the chance to win a Caribbean Vacation Package worth approximately $3600.

Can I leave the festival and come back?

There will be no re entry allowed into the festival.  Once you leave the event you will not be permitted back in.  Please plan accordingly.

Can I bring my pet?

We love our furry friends, but Pets will not be permitted entry into the festival.

What is the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds.

What size pours are being offered for sampling?

1/2 ounce samples will be offered of each spirit available.

What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event. Check the weather!

Will there be food available?

There will be food vendors on site selling food and non alcoholic beverages.

Will I be able to park at the event?

Yes! Parking is limited at the Brewery, you are able to park at Branmar Plaza which is a short walk from the Festival site. Because of the vendors and food trucks, there may be more limited parking at the Brewery than normal. You are also permitted to park along Marsh Road.

Are children permitted?

Nope! This is a 21 year old and older event.

Is the event handicapped accessible?

Yes! Both the indoor and outdoor areas of the event are handicapped accessible.

Will there be hydration booths?

Our good friends at Liquid Death Mountain Water have donated drinking water as well as having hydration stations in the outdoor location of the festival.

How do we enter to win the Caribbean Vacation?

No need to enter. If you bought a ticket to the Delaware Beer Fest, you are already entered to win. The winner will be announced before 2 pm.
